Two of the most controversial movies of 2025 have simultaneously hit OTT platforms. The first, Dude, has already been discussed with you. The film’s subject matter was such that even in 2025, people wouldn’t be able to digest it. The ending would make people throw their shoes and slippers at you.
The exhibitors would be kicked. But the second film is truly a double-meaning film. Even after watching it to the end, you won’t be able to decide whether what you saw was true or whether it was completely false. The most shocking thing is that the film is made by a female director, but it tells the story of a boy.
And it’s certain that after watching the film, girls themselves will become enemies of this film. This film is so dangerous that if you found two or three scenes in Dude strange, then in this one, perhaps two or three scenes in two hours will seem normal; the rest are all double-meaning. The Telugu film, Kada, has finally released on Netflix, where Rocky Bhai’s beloved has finally returned.
But it brings with it a bloody cinema. You can easily find the film in Hindi dubbing. But will you be able to watch it? I mean, will you even want to? Because the subject matter of the film is very adult. If you tell your family about the story, you might be thrown out of the house. Don’t misunderstand, there are no adult scenes. You won’t hear any abusive language, nor will there be any bloodshed. It’s just that things will get out of hand in the course of conversation.
The film will trigger you. The film begins with Kabir Singh 2.0, a boy who wants to move on from his past memories. He wants to make every girl he sees fall in love with him. But there’s a twist in the story, sir. The Preeti in this story isn’t exactly like the Preeti he is. This is Kabir Singh’s father. Love, romance, everything is acceptable. Just don’t talk about marriage, sir. Now, there’s a long discussion in the film: who is more powerful in mind, man or woman? After all, who needs whom more in society? A game of power is played.

But this male-female controversy takes a turn for the worse when the story’s most troublesome character makes her entrance, or should I say, kills. Don’t be fooled by her beautiful face. Her gaze will remind even an animal of their grandmother. This girl will turn this perfectly normal love angle into a triangle. But the thing I want to warn you about, and make you pause before watching this film, is that these three will now be living together 24 hours a day, under one roof, and will do many things they shouldn’t.
They shouldn’t be allowed. Husband and wife, all three of them together in one house, facing each other, but when you learn who is the husband, who is the wife, and who is the woman, you’ll be a bit shaken. The film is completely out of syllabus. The topic is very simple, but the way it’s portrayed, even by a female director, will make you close your eyes and mute your ears.
Values, decorum, and societal norms are all thrown on top of each other, setting them on fire. Every scene in this film wreaks havoc mentally. Girls will be enraged by the boy’s words, and boys won’t be able to digest the idea of two girls living with one boy like this. But what I’ve told you is only 10%. You won’t believe the remaining 90% of the story even while watching it. Time will jump forward nine months, and you’ll understand what happens in those nine months. I’ll just give you one piece of advice: if you want to watch this film, it’s best to do it alone. Otherwise, after the ending appears on screen, the real story will begin at home, and there won’t be a happy ending.
Two and a half stars out of five. Entertainment, fast pace, and acting that makes a difficult role look easy. Negative: A bit insensitive writing, a formula of “Only I am right,” and the ending shouldn’t have been the way it is. If you have the courage, go ahead and don’t bother with Netflix, or you’ll regret it. Take care. Bye-bye.
